1Service Terms

Our service includes laundry pickup, washing, folding, and delivery. We are not responsible for damage to items that are non-washable or require special care not specified.

2Payments & Fees

Payments are processed securely. Minimum orders and per-pound fees apply as stated on our pricing page. Additional charges may apply for special items.

3Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled pickup up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
